"Pretty much exactly as described"
The TV showed up just like it was listed on the site. The size, condition, and features all matched, so there weren’t any weird surprises when I unboxed it. I’m happy with this purchase, but if the descriptions ever started being off, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

"Still not sure if it's the real deal"
I bought this a while back, maybe in late March or early April, and I’m still not completely convinced it’s authentic. It looks okay at first glance, but something about it just feels a little off to me.

I was looking around for some TVS parts and expected the usual runaround. Out of stock here, backordered there. But they had what I needed. Right there. The site was simple to use too, which helped. Didn’t have to bounce between ten different places, so that was a relief.

I needed to cancel my order i was kind of expecting it to be a hassle. But it actually got sorted out quickly. The refund info was clear enough, and I didn’t really have to keep following up or anything. So yeah, overall, it was a good experience.

"TV showed up in great shape"
I ordered from Apollo Group TVs and, the TV showed up looking really good. The box had a tiny dent on one corner, but... the TV itself was totally fine. No scratches, no marks, and the screen works perfectly. All the parts were there too. I was a little worried about the condition at first, you know, but it ended up being better than I expected. Happy with it.

I took a look at apollogrouptvs.store, it didn’t really make me feel confident. Compared to other online stores I’ve used, it feels bare-bones, and I couldn’t find much clear information about the company, returns, or policies. It might be totally fine, but I’d personally be cautious before placing an order there.

"Clear answers and really easy to deal with"
I had a really good experience with apollogrouptvs.store. What I appreciated most was how clear their replies were, they actually answered my questions directly instead of sending vague responses, so I didn’t have to keep repeating myself.

They explained everything in a simple way and got back to me quickly each time. The whole conversation felt smooth and stress-free, and I liked that there wasn’t any confusion about what to do next. I’d definitely use them again.

"They fixed it, but I had to keep following up"
I had a problem with my order and getting help was slower than I expected, I sent a few messages and it kind of felt like I was just waiting around without a clear answer for a while.

To be fair, they did eventually fix the issue and I do appreciate that, but it took more chasing than it should have and I kept having to check back in just to see what was going on.

So overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, the problem did get handled in the end, but the support could definitely be faster and clearer because that would’ve made the whole thing way less frustrating.
